It's been a very difficult month for kiddo and me. It started out with a minor car accident in the snow, which sent us to the hospital for monitoring. Once the contractions stopped, and I ate they sent me home. The friend who took me to the hospital and I were very amused that the baby was so irritated by the heart monitor they placed on her that she kicked the damn thing repeatedly, and then moved out from under it. Over and over again.

I'm slowly coming to terms with my physical limitations. I've learned this month that I can no longer lift heavy objects, haul all of the groceries upstairs myself, push cars in the snow, and move furniture myself. It hurts a lot to do these things. I pushed myself a little too far this past weekend and it gave me more contractions. My doctor agreed today that my overdoing it is what caused it. She also told me to knock that off. I didn't have the sense to tell her how much shit I still have to do around the house to prep for my kiddo. Working 50-60 hours a week through the whole pregnancy up until last week didn't give me much time to get anything ready for her.

My doctors appointment today went well. The munchkins head was about as low as she could be without causing me pain, and her feet were tucked snugly into where my stomach is. She sure does like to stretch out in there. She's about 5 1/4 pounds, and growing like a weed. I'm guessing unless she pops out early she'll be a good 8lb baby. I hope she doesn't get any ideas about coming early. She needs to hang in until at LEAST the last week in January. We're shooting for Aquarius and not Capricorn. Her daddy is a Capricorn, and I don't know how well I would do with having another goat to butt heads with in my life.

I'm still wondering why the ultrasound tech was admiring the fact that my bellybutton is still an innie. O.o Maybe it should have popped out by now? Who knows.

My belly button never popped out. I always wondered why some do and some don't.

I am glad you and Blue are okay. ♥

I had an innie with Alex,but this child I have an outie going on. I think it is pretty neat that our babies will be born under the year of the Dragon. If I make it to March baby will be an Aries I am hoping =}
